102SSC Precision Conductors - Purity, Accuracy and Mechanical Stability

The 16 AWG conductors use Oyaide's flagship 102SSC copper, manufactured with extreme precision:

• Virgin copper only - no recycled material, eliminating contamination at the source.
• Diamond-die finishing - strands are drawn through a natural diamond die to dramatically improve surface smoothness and enhance high-frequency signal flow.
• ±1 µm manufacturing tolerance - far tighter than the industry standard ±8 µm, ensuring uniformity and consistency.
• Dual annealing - removes mechanical stress and distortion within the copper strands.

This results in a conductor with exceptionally low distortion, high conductivity, and stable signal transmission.
